I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were great value for money, making it an affordable option. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help with anything I needed. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right by the bus station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms also had a great view, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a delightful combination of Thai and Western dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone.

This hotel boasts a great location, being within walking distance of the bus station and the picturesque lake with its promenade. It is close to everything and very convenient. the rooms are spacious, breakfast is satisfying, and there are lots of facilities such as a free gym and snooker table to help pass the time.

There is a noticeable issue with cleanliness in the rooms, with some guests reporting issues with ants.

I had an enjoyable one night stay at Gateway. The staff was very helpful, cute, and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the mini bar was cheap. I also loved borrowing the bicycles and using the pool after checking out. The location was convenient, with just a 5-minute walk to the station and a short bicycle ride to the lake.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location and easy to find. It is also close to the bus terminal and the lake promenade which was great for a quick morning walk. The staff was really helpful and they provided free bicycles which we used to explore the surroundings. The best part was the comfortable bed and the affordable mini-bar.

The hotel seemed to have some maintenance issues, the towels and toilet paper were not refilled daily, which is something that could be improved upon. , the room seemed a bit dated and may need some refreshing.
